About AutoMotion
AutoMotion is a panel used with Adobe After Effects and is built to add life to still graphics or locked off shots. It will remove the hindering of sliding keyframes up and down the timeline when doing simple cuts and edits by programming properties based on the in and out point of your layer.
You can apply animations to all the transform properties (position, scale, rotation, opacity) and those animation happen based on your "in-point" and "out-point" of the desired clip.
